Extra using swimming pool after check out: After the check out,for using of swimming pool until the 13.00 there is an extra to pay: 10.00 euros for person, leaving however the room at the 10.30.

Extra early check-in: For early check-in you must pay an extra of 10 euros each hours.

Salted Breakfast

Early request for salted breakfast: extra cost 5 euros per person (bread, cheese and ham).

Extra cleaning

Daily cleaning available extra cost € 10.

Heating

In the winter months extra 4 euros for a room heating in time-bands.

Request of booking to send through e-mail to info@fattoriacolleluca.it equipped with name, surname, address, telephone number, age, fax or e-mail, specifying the period of stay and accommodation (B & B or half board).

Down payment: 30% to the confirmation, by bank transfer. the balance to the arrival.
