Rules:

DEPARTURES:
 the rooms must be vacated at 10:30
ARRIVALS:
 the rooms will be occupied from 12:00 to 18:3
BREAKFAST:
 Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 am
MINIMUM STAY:
 At least 2/3 nights
RESERVATION:
 30% deposit in advance to confirm, 70% at the arrival during check-in
MAKING-UP ROOM:
 the rooms will be cleaned every 3 nights with towels change
HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS:
 in case of cancellation of your stay, you are not entitled to any refund of the advance paid.
In case of early departure, you are not entitled to any refund of amounts paid
